Would you like to learn how to cook more healthily?
In our classes, we not only focus on dishes for children or adults but on a combination of both.
You will discover that it is not necessary to invest a lot of time to enjoy healthy meals. At the same time, you will learn to make balanced purchases that will provide you with more energy and a better quality of life.
These classes will take place in small groups (maximum 5 adults), prioritizing personalized learning.
We offer two options:
1. Adult Course.
2. Adult Course with Instructors Service. This means that while adults learn, children enjoy in a safe environment.
The class lasts for 3 hours and will cover the preparation of a healthy breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner.
Although the classes are not consecutive, as groups are formed, we can organize new sessions to learn how to prepare other types of meals according to the interests of the participants.
